Paneer Satay Sticks Recipes

Paneer Satay Sticks (Veg)

Ingredients

  • 500 gms cottage cheese (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 2 green capsicums (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 2 yellow capsicums (cut into 1inch cubes)
  • 5 tomatoes ( de-seeded & cut into 1 inch’ cubes)
  • 5 onions (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • Oil for shallow frying

Marinade

  • 2 cups curd
  • 2-3 tbsp EIC bottle masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Satay sticks

Method

  • Arrange the cubed pieces of onion, tomato, capsicum and cottage cheese on a satay stick
  • Prepare all the satay sticks and place them in a plate.
  • Drizzle the marinade so as to coat all the cubes fixed in the satay stick.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on a medium flame till golden brown on all sides.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
