Tem Che Rose Masala Recipe

Crispy Mutton Chops (Non-veg)

Ingredients

  • 6 mutton chops
  • 3tsp raw papays pulp
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup sojee
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 tsp EIC Tem Che Rose masala

For paste

  • 6 Green chillies
  • 10 garlic flakes
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 2-3 tbsp. chopped coriander

Method

  • Wash the mutton chops and pat dry
  • Marinate with raw papaya, salt, tuemeric powder, EIC Tem Che Rose masala, ground paste & lemon juice for at least 1 hour
  • Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt
  • Heat oil for shallow frying.
  • Dip the marinated chops in egg, roll them in sojee and shallow fry on a medium flame till tender.
